Just place them all round the edge of the settlement and the raiders and such will just run into a hail of bullets, lasers, and rockets. You do have to occasionally go back to repair ones that are damaged but not nearly as often as the raids happen. Hope that helps.👍. zenithically. OP • 2 yr. ago.
all settlements are Minutemen ones exept when you enslave them for raiders or ocupy them for the Brotherhood. also the airport (because Brotherhood Theretory) and the mechanist lair cant be considered Minutemen. if you got more settlements you can see in every one sometimes Minutemen Patrols. Depending on mods you may use, the "already has walls" aspect can make Covenant a very good place to call home - just because the walls can slow down a lot of hostiles attempting to attack & loot. It's location is similar enough to Starlight Drive-in, as a settlement; it's slightly more 'central' than Sanctuary, and that means a little easier
Fallout 4 finally makes gathering random objects useful, as they contain the resources you need to build your city. When viewing an item in the Pip-Boy you should see what it would break down into. If it has something you need you can scrap it by either selecting it while in your settlement, or going to the Workshop table and selecting Transfer. Settlement. So as title says, I'm not allied to covenant. I noticed on the map that it wasn't showing any settlers when I know I had some, I showed up to them all standing around and when I went to the work bench it said I wasn't allied to that settlement (even though I killed everyone except deezer and the cat and placed new turrets Once the turrets are destroyed, they wont respawn. Even if you don't destroy all of them, they won't attack you or the settlers. Although the residents bodies don't go away, if you drag them out of Covenant and to the river across the road they don't respawn in Covenant, which is nice. teh_ash. • 8 yr. ago. Hey, so I ended up turing against the covenant in the relevant mission also killed everyone in the settlement as they turned on me, and now I can build in the town. I set up connection from another town, built a radio tower to call in new settlers, havent checked back since. Now there are like 7 settlers, and they got attacked by mutants, so I go to help them. They get attacked if you have resources up like a water pump. That's why I put my pump away when I leave a settler-free base. My Covenant Defenses have always been low level raiders who get annihalated by the turrets. TB though gets hit hard mostly from the north by faction enemies, but sometimes from the west by Super Mutants.
14. Taffington Boathouse. East of Covenant. Unlocked by killing the resident bloodbugs. If not yet secured, may be highlighted by a Minutemen or Railroad radiant quest. 15. Greentop Nursery. North
