That sucks. I only wanted to play it offline. Wait until Rockstar decide to get rid of the Rockstar Games Launcher. Currently, you can't even launch the game if you have an Internet outage. Sure, you are allowed to keep playing if Internet dies while you play, but who care if you can't even launch the game in the first place.
For PlayStation 4 players (including PS4 Pro), simply tap on the Touch Pad to toggle between first-person and third-person perspectives. On Xbox One (and Xbox One X), tap on the View Button for the same result. Including this first-person toggle is no small feat. Rockstar has to create animations for both first-person and third-person
