[FIXED]Steam - Forza Horizon 4 - Game is crashing on boot with Exception code: 0xe06d7363 (KERNELBASE.dll) Hello, Recently I upgraded my pc from an AMD RX 570 8gb to an NVIDIA RTX 4060 8gb and now when I try to launch Forza Horizon 4 the game remains stuck in splash screen and fills up the entire ram (32gb) then crashes.

Forza Horizon 4 won't open (0xe06d7363) (KernelBase.dll) Forza Horizon. Hello everyone! I wanted to start FH4 today and the game crashed: It opened, showed the splash screen with the logo, then a few seconds later it closed. After taking a look in the event manager, I found out it has got something to do with the KernelBase.dll file. Whats the other solution? Out of the blue, and for the first time since launch, FH4 decided not to load for me. I click the icon, it shows the splash screen for a split second, then disappears. I dicked around with it for a while and then figured my last resort was to uninstall and reinstall it. I downloaded the Fitgirl Forza Horizon 4 Repack, the latest in the website, and for some reason its not opening at all, not even showing in task manager. I checked all the files , which showed no errors, but when i run the .exe file nothing happens.. Any fixes?? Thanks! Had the same issue with doom eternal, fixed it by uninstalling the GPU
