At this point it's all very up in the air. I don't think you'll do 1:40 on that plan with a 22 min 5k, but 2:00 isnt very hard either. Best guess is a 1:48 target +/- 3 minutes. See how that feels around 5:08 km pace. Or just treat it as your first HM and time doesn't matter/ every finisher is a winner.
