i have been trying to fix my xbox 360 to play some kinect games but here where i live is not worth it ! so i decided to see if there is any way to run my kinect on the xenia emulator !? if you guys could help me i could not find it anywhere i would apreciate some insights on this subject. ps:sorry for my trash english.

Correct, xbox one version (blocky looking one) is v2. To use this on a pc you’d need to buy a kinect for xbox one to pc adapter. Video is just ok. V2 has been replaced by the Azure Kinect.
