Posted January 25, 2021. My O2 sensor was changed when the Engine Management light came (steady), this was only 2 weeks ago. Last Friday took it back to garage, who stated that the O2 sensor is faulty again. Fortunately itโ€™s under warranty, so it wonโ€™t cost me other than inconvenience of keep going to garage.

I have a 2006 Focus 1.8 TDCI. On occasions the warning light comes on, the display shows "ENGINE SYSTEMS FAULT" and the car goes into limp mode. Plugging in the analyser at my local garage shows PO380, which I believe is a glow plug circuit malfunction. The fault first happened about 3 weeks ago then went away. Now it comes and goes again.
