Fallout New Vegas crashes about every 30 minutes for me on PC. I’ve tried every mix of compatibility options, fiddling with graphics settings, adjusting CPU core priority, installing stability mods, etc. but nothing works for me. It’s about the same size. If you thought Fallout 3 was big, you’ll find Fallout: New Vegas to be equally big. How much install data will be needed for Fallout: New Vegas? Fallout: New Vegas is a 5 GB install on PS3 that runs when you first launch the game. One of my favorite things to do in Fallout 3 was scavenging homes and office buildings.
Button config shouldbe on one of the ps3 guides for Fallout 3 or New vegas or one of your manuals if you have a PS3 fallout game. Now taste the mighty bison. J4CK_OF_SPAD3S 13 years ago #3
Fallout: New Vegas. I've been asked a few times whether it's 'better' than Fallout 3's central plot and to be honest it's hard to say. It's a looser strand to follow, meaning side-questing fits in
1) Turn off your PS3 completely. 2) Hold the on/off button. You should hear a beep. Followed by another beep, followed by an sudden turn off of the PS3. 3) Release your finger. 4) Hold down the button again, but this time, wait for a beep, followed by two really fast beeps.
0 1. When you get to the Vault 3 entrance, there is a control panel on your left. Move your cursor over to get a message to activate / throw the switch. This gets you into the vault. When you get inside you are challenge by a fiend. Go through the the various speech challenges and select the one where you tell them you are there to deliver a I should of stopped at Fallout 3, but I kept hoping Bethesda would of learned their lesson with each new game and fix the issues from the previous game. Guess I was wrong. Lesson learned: Never buy Bethesda games on PS3 again. On the plus side I got Fallout 3 and New Vegas dirt cheap during the Steam sale and Skyrim at 50% off. Fallout new vegas is a great game but not on the ps3 trust me if you play it for 2-3 hours your frames are gonna go straight down to hell. Fabith09. • 2 yr. ago. Both New Vegas and 3 are "Playable" on the PS3, but the performance overall it's really bad: low textures quality, lazy loading textures, and awful frame rate.
The PS3 ports play mostly fine from what I remember; but the biggest flaw is that the FNV port has a memory leak. So that the bigger your save file gets from playing the game, the more likely the game will crash. The PS3 ports of Fallout 3 and New Vegas are atrocious, especially New Vegas. If you have a PS4 controller you can install DS4
